At L.I.T. SQUAD B.U.I.L.D.S. (Leaders In Training)™, we believe in the power of young people to lead, uplift, and transform their communities. Founded in 2021, our organization was created to fill a critical need: to provide students with consistent mentorship, personal development, and meaningful opportunities to lead with purpose. We are more than just a program — we are a movement focused on building up the next generation of leaders. Through structured support and engaging experiences, we empower students to build character, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility. Whether it’s through mentoring, classroom support, school patrol duties, or leading community events, every activity is designed to help students grow into leaders who serve with heart and lead by example.
