Founded in 2021, our organization was created to fill a critical need: to provide students with consistent mentorship, personal development, and meaningful opportunities to lead with purpose. We are more than just a program — we are a movement focused on building up the next generation of leaders. Through structured support and engaging experiences, we empower students to build character, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility. In Loving Tribute to My Mother
This journey, this calling, and every step I take in building and leading these programs began with her. My mother was my first teacher, my greatest inspiration, and the one who showed me what it meant to lead with love, kindness, and faith.
Though she passed away three years ago, her spirit continues to guide me every day. It was her strength, her encouragement, and her unwavering belief in me that gave me the courage to dream big and serve others.
When I was honored as Teacher of the Year in 2015, it wasn’t just my moment—it was ours. I dedicate that recognition, and everything I do now, to her memory and to God, who continues to open doors and place purpose on my heart.

Who We Serve
